"Great Customer Service"

Hi Chad, not sure if I met you today, but I have a great experience to tell you about as I'm sure you've heard before, with JP.  WOW, what great customer service.  How does he do it all? 
JP picks up on everything I say and certainly makes sure not to forget anything even though I did, as I was a bit overwhelmed with the test drive.  As his colleagues will tell you he did a "requested drive by" for me so I could see the SOUL in action when I wasn't driving it.  Too  funny, but so great!  JP complimented me on my Avalanche when I pulled in and I responded "oh it's filthy" he immediately had is washed.  What's up with that?  How thoughtful!!  It's the little things that make all the difference in the world when just purchasing a car, but putting himself out there is amazing.  He adapted to me and my comments, knew everything about the SOUL and personally took pictures of it to send to me at my request.  Had a ton of fun on the test drive, although I told him I was sold the minute he presented it to me.  Windows down, hatchback open, radio rockin the ride"  all the rest.  JP is personally bringing my new ride to Georgetown to me on Monday (hope that's okay) and that is truly amazing! 
I have never had that done or offer to when I was buying a vehicle before.  Thanks again, I just can't say enough about JP he's truly the BEST!!!  You are lucky to have him on your team.
P.S. He almost got me to purchase a new tourague?  oh no.......

"Honest"

I went to the competitor's website and I found what you mentioned; that the prices shown evidently include every discount and incentive allowed by Kia.  While I am a college graduate and a veteran, neither are current.  I have a Jeep CJ5 which is like a Wrangler, but did not buy it new.  From the Kia.com web page it appears that I would qualify for just the $3000 discount and the owner loyalty of $500, bringing the price down to $17465.  The person I spoke with at your competitors never went into this and I agree with you that it is poor advertising at best.
 
I appreciate the time you spent on this and I regret that we will be unable to complete a deal.  If and when we are in the market for another car I will make it a point to call you!

"Appreciate the Honesty"

This is the first time I have owned a car with an extended warranty, it is a Rio Kia - 2007. I was not sure about using a service center as I have been going to local private mechanic for years. I want to say that I recently spent about $700.00 on warranty work and tires at your establishment and have been getting regular oil changes there too. Both Cliff and Daniel have been great! I felt very comfortable working with them. Being single and with a senior Mom to care for I need a car I can depend on. I feel safe in my car and appreciate the honesty and service provided at Larry H. Miller Kia by Cliff and Daniel. Thank you.

"Far and Above"

I feel remiss in not having done this earlier, but Cliff at the KIA Service Department went far and above to handle a very difficult problem I was having with my Sorrento. He got very creative in order to find and fix a problem with the traction control. It was intermittent and had been repaired 2 times before and on this service Cliff wanted to really search the problem. I was so impressed in the way Cliff kept me advised at all times as to what was being done. He and the mechanic had to go out of their way to identify and then the challenge of fixing a very rare problem. It is my sincerest request that Cliff be rewarded for this extreme effort. Let me know that he was in fact so recognized as this type of effort is not recognized enough. Cliff is a very valuable asset in his position in a job that probably is a challenge as customer service. If you read this Cliff, I want you to know how grateful I am as having had you to handle this repair. Thank you, Richard Bought 2007 KIA Sorrento

"Relaxing and Fun Car"

We LOVE the Jetta TDI.  It is probably one of the most fun cars I have ever driven and the gas mileage is amazing.  The road trip we took to Minnesota was relaxing and fun.  We actually drove more per day than we usually do because we were not as fatigued in the car.  We also sent a friend over to you who was interested in a TDI.  They really liked driving in the car.  Thanks again.
